Facade flags are used to mark the exterior of an institution, company, or organization.
Often, beside the flag of the institution or organization, the national or municipal flag is also displayed.
Flags are mounted on poles and then placed in suitable holders that are mounted on the wall or facade.
There are holders designed for one or multiple flags.
Facade flags are predominantly horizontally oriented.
This type of flag is most commonly made ofsingle-sided polyester material.
In areas with strong wind gusts, it is recommended to use mesh polyester or material with larger holes.
Luxury satin flags can also be mounted on facade poles, but they have a shorter lifespan due to weather exposure.
Flags are printed using sublimation printing on top-quality machines with eco-friendly, UV-resistant inks.
The size of a facade flag determines the length of the flagpole used.
The most common flag dimensions are 100 x 200 cm or 160 x 80 cm.
Due to exposure to sunlight, dirt and moisture, the fabric of the flags can get dirty and the holes can get clogged.
Therefore, flags intended for outdoor use should be washed every 60 days.
They should be washed at 40 degrees Celsius and dried on the flagpole. Do not use chemicals or bleach.
Flags should be folded during strong wind gusts to prevent tearing.
